Sam Weger of Calloway's Nursery Named TNLA Chairman
In December 2010, the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association (TNLA) elected Sam Weger, who is director of recruiting and training for Calloway’s Nursery, as the Chairman for the 2012-2013 year.
Fort Worth, TX, January 14, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Weger has served on the TNLA Board of Directors since 2001 and has been Chairman of Region V on two separate occasions. He has also participated on numerous committees and is certified at the highest TNLA level – Texas Master Certified Nursery Professional (TMCNP).
Weger has worked at Calloway’s Nursery for nearly 25 years where he oversees training and professional development of all Calloway’s personnel. Under his tutelage, Calloway’s currently has 38 Texas Certified Nursery Professionals and 46 Texas Master Certified Nursery Professionals.
