Denver, CO, January 14, 2011 --(PR.com)-- David Bassett, President of AmeriStar Tax Centers, a nationwide professional tax resolution firm representing taxpayers before the IRS, has announced that Mark Steichen has joined the firm’s tax resolution department.
Mark is authorized by the U.S. Treasury Department to Practice before the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections, and appeals.
He is a CPA and tax accountant with a master degree in business administration and has over 20 years of tax accounting experience.
Mark is a results-oriented CPA with extensive accounting and tax experience. As an AmeriStar tax professional, his background enables him to interpret complex accounting and tax laws and apply them to unique resolution cases.

He specialized in tax planning and compliance as staff accountant for a Denver Law Firm and served as Director of Finance of the Laradon Hall Society.
