National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship Announces Partnership with Taylor Insight Aimed at Expanding and Improving Nation’s Small Businesses
Springfield, MA, January 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) and Taylor Insight Worldwide announced today a joint-venture aimed at improving and expanding the breadth and depth of information, resources, corporate, civic, and government partnerships available to community college educators and community-based entrepreneurs.
In this arrangement, NACCE, the leading national organization focused on helping community colleges guide local businesses in “How to Do It,” and Taylor Insight, a premiere leadership development firm serving entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial companies, led by veteran and award-winning entrepreneur André Taylor, will work together strategically as co-developers and co-marketer of products, services, and events aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship on a national and international level.
“Our partnership with Taylor Insight is a pivotal step in our quest to provide exemplary resources for new and existing entrepreneurs through community colleges,” says Heather VanSickle, the organization’s executive director. “We have enjoyed working with André informally over the last year, and benefited greatly from the clarity he and his organization bring to the mission of new business creation and development. We’re excited by the enormous potential offered in this agreement.”
“As an entrepreneur and community college graduate I have, for a long time, wanted to find an effective way to support the creativity, growth, and development of community-based entrepreneurship,” says André Taylor. “NACCE and its membership are a hotbed of creative people, powerful ideas, and initiatives with far-reaching implications to our prosperity as a nation. I’m delighted to work hand-in-hand with such a dynamic organization.”
In this agreement, Taylor will act as a strategic advisor to NACCE and as an occasional spokesperson, including hosting the organization’s popular, “How to Do It” room at its annual conference and participating in NACCE’s related products and services.
