Boise Idaho Has a New Commercial Real Estate Company

Boise, ID, January 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- For the last couple of years many companies in the real estate industry have been struggling to maintain momentum. Some companies have survived, while many have not.

Mountain Realty LLC is one of those survivors. The company recently announced the creation of their new Commercial Real Estate Division. Mountain Realty has been a leading Residential Real Estate firm in the Boise Idaho area for the last six years and currently has over 60 residential agents.

Mr. Filbert will manage the commercial real estate responsibilities in the Treasure Valley by focusing on the sales and leasing activities of the Commercial Division. Randall brings recent and successful commercial real estate transaction experience to this position. He has been in the real estate industry for over nine years, mostly in a commercial and residential lending capacity. Since leaving the mortgage industry he has focused his energy on gaining experience and expertise exclusively on commercial real estate transactions. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on Budgeting and Financial Management and has earned the CSSA (certified Short Sale Agent) and the e-PRO real estate designations.
