Low-Pile Carpet Steamer Machines for Contractors
Daimer®'s contractor-caliber XTreme Power® XPH-9650 line provides a unique blend of water lift and flow for low pile applications in the largest facilities.
Woburn, MA, January 16, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a leading provider of contractor-caliber carpet steamer machines, has now released a line tailored toward low-pile applications in the largest institutions. The highly heated XTreme Power® XPH-9650 line provides maximum temperatures and pressure levels in a canister-style system. The machines also feature automated filling/dumping capabilities for added productivity.
"These contractor-grade carpet shampooers offer features for common high-volume applications," explained Daimer.com press/media representative Matthew Baratta. "Each 9650 also includes higher wattage and three-stage motors not common in this type of industrial system."
Low Pile Carpet Steamer Machines: Higher Airflow, Lower Suction
Daimer®'s XPH-9650-line is configured for handling commercial low-pile rugs and carpets. Rated for 150 inches of water lift and 200 cfm of air flow, the 9650 carpet steamer machines offer different vacuum capabilities than the sibling XPH-9600, which is designed for higher-pile carpets.
The XPH-9650 carpet steamer machines also offer other differences: each 9650 offers 4,300 watts of power versus 4,000 watts for the 9600. The 9650 also is configured with two 3-stage vacuum motors versus three 2-stage motors for the 9600.
Both machines are manufactured to reduce downtime for refill and emptying. Machine-controlled filling capabilities manage liquid levels and can refill the system via a direct feed when levels decline too much. Likewise, machine controlled dump capabilities can empty extracted fluid when the system reaches capacity. The carpet steamer machines are sold with integrated waste tanks offering 15 gallons of storage and integrated solution tanks that can hold 17 gallons.
