Henderson Franklin Welcomes Attorney Michael McCabe to Workers' Compensation Team

Fort Myers, FL, January 16, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorney Michael McCabe has joined the firm as an associate in the Workers’ Compensation division. He represents insurance carriers, third party administrators, and employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.

Prior to becoming an attorney, McCabe graduated from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California, and served as a Russian Linguist for the United States Navy. He is a veteran of Desert Storm/Desert Shield and is a recipient of the Naval Achievement Medal. McCabe has extensive experience in the construction industry working for his family's business prior to law school. He is a member of the Sarasota/Bradenton and Southwest Florida Claims Associations.

McCabe received his undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, summa cum laude and his law degree from the University of Florida, cum laude.
