Event Synopsis:

Social media is no longer a trend aimed at capturing only the interest of Gen-Y consumers – it has gone mainstream. In fact, one of the largest growing segments in this area is people over 50 years of age.

Insurance companies and financial institutions are spearheading the use of social media as a business tool. Given the growing size and age of the social media’s audience we can’t afford not to understand how to leverage it to grow and strengthen our business.
