Netz Realty to Launch Green Townships in India
Real Estate Development, Investment and Advisory firm Netz Realty is launching townships near Mumbai and Bangalore for self sustainable living.
Mumbai, India, January 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Netz Capital backed Real Estate Development, Investment and advisory firm Netz Realty is launching Green Township projects near Mumbai and Bangalore. The firm is focusing on the model of self sustainable living for the 100 acres plus projects being planned near Mumbai and Bangalore.

Until all Indians think of changing their lifestyle towards a self sustainable living, inflation is going to be inevitable and hurting. The same justifies additional cost of infrastructure. We plan to keep our Residents unaffected of the rapidly increasing global inflation," added Mrs. Khekade.
Netz Realty's green township projects will be launched by end of 2011 and each township will have over 15,000 residential units.
Netz Realty will provide the following facilities for Green Township:
1. Special cladding providing thermal insulation and maintaining temperature
2. Design to provide maximum sunlight during day to avoid electricity for lighting during daytime
3. Absorption of Sunlight for water heating and electricity generation
4. Design of residential units to pass maximum clean air to and fro to reduce fan usage
5. Mini wind Mills for electricity generation
6. Waste management and recycling
7. Water management and harvesting
8. Gardens with machines to exercise and generate electricity for street lamps
9. Organic farming areas of onion, tomatoes and green vegetables
10. Street Charging stations for electric cars
11. Reserved lanes for bicycles
