UTS staff will be on hand at the airport to check in clients and their luggage at their specified airline. Staff will handle all clients’ bags throughout the trip. Upon arrival at the hotel, clients will be escorted directly to their reserved rooms that include those specified for wheelchair access. A Personal Tour Director is assigned for the duration of the trip to oversee all aspects of the trip. Clients are accompanied for sightseeing by specially trained assistants in special vans equipped to handle wheelchairs and other equipment. Various excursions and visits to museums and galleries are scheduled with the assistance of private guides. Breakfasts are served in clients’ rooms or in the restaurant, according to their individual preferences, while lunch and dinner are open a la carte dining at excellent local restaurants. Clients may choose the restaurant and order anything on the menu. Meals are preceded with cocktails and aperitifs. After dinner there is usually a concert, opera or some kind of entertainment. Before retiring, clients are offered old Europe’s traditional “digestifs” or good-night drinks. This is not all, high tea in the afternoon is provided to soothe and relax. This kind of pampering, and more, is repeated every day of the tour. A special tour discount will be offered for the clients’ own personal assistants.
