9. Say What you Think. Don’t worry about who it offends. It’s better than losing your business or even your pride.
10. Wake Up. Don’t get on the escalator that “it’s bad everywhere.”
11. Stand Up or Stand Down. If it’s good, say it. If it’s improving, say it. Take responsibility.
12. Survive to Thrive. Never settle in attitude, change, perfection or your honesty. Use your instincts as to what you need to do. Buy into your own business and plan for it.
