Sustainable Now Technologies Appoints Ryan Dibble as Chief Financial Officer
Sustainable Now Technologies (SNT), a green technologies developer located in Signal Hill, California, has announced today the appointment of Ryan Dibble as Chief Financial Officer.
Signal Hill, CA, January 21, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Chief Executive Officer for SNT, Eric Woolery-Grimm released the news this morning online, with the following comments, “SNT has made significant strides towards our goal of the all-in-one biodiesel dispensing system. Now that we are finalizing our proof-of-concept phase, with only modest friends and family financing, we move on to our bring-to-market goal for 2011. With the appointment of Ryan Dibble, SNT is poised to work with the capital needed to establish the business foundation to complement the scaled-up versions of our industry changing technology.”
SNT has been in research and development since its inception in February of 2009. After an extensive design phase, SNT’s build team has worked to demonstrate a set of working prototypes that demonstrate each step of their energy conversion process, translating sunlight into bio-fuel. SNT has plans for construction for a full scale pilot plant that will produce consistent fuel for the single user. This next step will require significant capital management; the addition of Mr. Dibble’s expertise to the SNT corporate structure will ensure this for the foreseeable future.
Ryan Dibble is an attorney at law in Los Angeles, California. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Information Systems and his Juris Doctor at the University of Southern California, and is licensed to practice law in the state of California and the federal courts of the Central District of California, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal.
When asked for comment, Mr. Dibble said, “The opportunity to work with the SNT team is exciting and a welcome challenge. The mission of the team is a potential game changer for not only how consumers fuel their vehicles, but also the very means by which fuel is procured and distributed throughout the market. With this potential in mind, I hope to assist the team by monitoring SNT’s finances and helping to make the most out of any investments into our team’s novel approach.”
Sustainable Now Technologies was founded in 2009 by the members of Steven Shigematsu's ‘Green Machines Labs’ Research & Development Team. SNT was established in memory of Shigematsu, who passed in late 2008, with its primary mission being the continuing exploration of Shigematsu's 'Algae-to-Bio-Diesel' design theories. SNT's Research & Development Lab is located in Signal Hill, CA. For further information on SNT and their technologies, please visit: http://www.SustainableNowTechnologies.com
