Family Attorney James Evans Awarded Distinguished Board Certification

Austin, TX, January 20, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Texas Board of Legal Specialization will induct attorney James W. Evans as Board Certified Family Lawyer. As a Board Certified Family Lawyer, Mr. Evans has substantial, relevant experience in the field of family law and has demonstrated special competence in that area of law. There are more than 70,000 attorneys licensed to practice in Texas. Only 7,000 are Board Certified.

James W. Evans has practiced law for 17 years during which he participated in over 100 jury trials. Mr. Evans practices exclusively family law and currently heads up the Evans Family Law Group, located in Austin, Texas. Mr. Evan's relevant trial experience includes representing client's in divorce, adoption, child custody, grandparent's rights, child support, parental alienation and enforcement cases.

Mr. Evans is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Mr. Evans is a lifetime member of the Texas Academy of Family, and a lifetime member of the Texas Family Law Foundation. In addition, Mr. Evans is a member of the Family Section of the Travis County Bar and the State Bar of Texas.
