Robert R. Maldonado spent his childhood traveling the world with his family. He entered the Marine Corps and later embarked on a full career of flying helicopters with the elite Air Commandos of the Air Force Special Operations Command. Maldonado took his first steps on the path of spiritual healing years before his life-changing leave of absence, when he met with a healer and psychic in California. As he became more interested in the various aspects of healing, he found himself exploring a new world of spiritual energy including Transcendental Meditation, martial arts, shamanism, Reiki and ultimately Healing Touch, a “complementary, energy-based healing system developed by people in the nursing profession to clear, align, and balance the energy system through touch.” He studied at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, and eventually found himself traveling throughout the world on international spiritual tours with Energy Medicine Partnerships.
