Glendale Restaurant Offering Football Fans Free Steak
Glendale, AZ, January 25, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Arrowhead Grill is offering football fans a free signature Delmonico steak for the NFL’s biggest game on February 6.
Every person who signs up for Arrowhead Grill’s E-Club will receive a free $28.99 Delmonico steak from 4 to 7 p.m. on game day.
This year’s game features the Green Bay Packers against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The game kicks off at 4:30 p.m. and will be shown on Arrowhead Grill’s big-screen televisions on the patio and in the restaurant’s bar.
The 10-ounce sirloin steak draws its inspiration from the original steak first served by Chef Charles Ranhofer at the famed Delmonico Hotel in lower Manhattan.
Schwerd’s Delmonico recipe is the only authentic version served outside of New York City. He said chefs for years disagreed about how to prepare the original Delmonico steak until he came across the original recipe in The Epicurean, a complete book on the culinary arts written by Ranhofer. Arrowhead Grill’s steak is based on that recipe.
“Now you can try one for free while watching the biggest game of the year,” Schwerd said.
