Hodges-Mace Names New EVPs in Sales and Operations
Atlanta, GA, January 26, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Jeff Graves and Scott DeGraw, co-founders of Tandem Benefits, join national employee benefits firm.
Hodges-Mace Benefits Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Graves, EVP Sales and Strategy and Scott DeGraw, EVP Operations and Strategy. Messrs. Graves and DeGraw, both industry professionals with approximately 20 years of experience each, will be based in southern California, strengthening the company’s presence on the West Coast.
In 2010, Hodges-Mace expanded in the Southwest and Midwest markets, continuing the steady growth pattern of the last seven years. “We will continue to focus on responsible growth to ensure the highest quality benefit delivery experience for each client,” said Peter Mace. “With the addition of these respected industry professionals, we look forward to expanding our national presence while furthering our reputation for exceptional client service and innovation.”

Mr. Graves joined Hodges-Mace after working with Univers Workplace Benefits, where he was Managing Director, Sales. In his new role as EVP Sales and Strategy, Jeff will work with Hodges-Mace team members on sales and marketing strategies in the Western region and nationally. Prior experience includes Principal and co-founder of Tandem Benefits in Orange County, subsequently purchased by Univers in 2006. Graves has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Radford University.
Mr. DeGraw also joins the firm from Univers Workplace Benefits, where he spent the last several years as a Managing Director and Senior VP of Operations. As the founder of Tandem Benefits, Scott has a proven track record of innovation and smart customer solutions. As EVP Operations and Strategy, Scott will focus his efforts on taking operational effectiveness to the next level. DeGraw graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
