Gurov and Partners Agency – 2010 Results
In 2010 Gurov and Partners Communication Group remarkably expanded its presence on the markets of Russia and Kazakhstan. The Group gained a number of new clients including Gazprom Neft company, Russia’s largest domain names registrar Ru-Center as well as more than 20 software and telecommunication companies. Gurov and Partners took part in organizing more than 60 various events with 15,000 people visiting the largest of them – Russian Internet Week.
Moscow, Russia, January 29, 2011 --(PR.com)-- In November, Natalya Spiridonova was appointed the executive partner and CEO of the Gurov and Partners Communication Group. Since 2008 she had been in charge of the group’s international cooperation. Earlier, these top-level posts were held by one of the founders of the PR agency - Philip Gurov. From now on he will continue his work as a senior partner, advising with key clients of the PR agency.
A new book by Philip Gurov “PR of IT-Companies: Russian Practice” became the first-ever hardback devoted to hi-tech PR. The book has already become a bestseller – the second Russian edition as well as English and German versions are planned for 2011. In December the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC – Russia) presented Philip Gurov with a diploma for his input into development of communication industry. Also the industry’s prestigious award ceremony RuPoR named Mr. Gurov “The PR specialist of the Year,” which is the highest title.
The communication group actively cooperated with professional community. In October, Gurov and Partners became the first PR agency to be admitted to the Russian Association of Electronic Communications uniting the largest players of the Russian Internet and to sign the Code of Professional Operation on the Internet.
In the near future, the group plans to deeper integrate into international PR business and choose a strategic partner on foreign markets. The second important task is to automate business processes and enhance business efficiency. In 2011 the agency plans to focus on developing regional branches in Nizhny Novgorod and Almati.
