Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Hosts 8th Annual Hope Gala.

Chapter’s 8th Annual Hope Gala. The event will take place Saturday, April 30 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh. The purpose of the event is to raise awareness and funds to research the cause of, and cure for juvenile (Type 1) diabetes and its complications. Generous corporate, family and individual support are instrumental to the success of the JDRF. Since its inception in 2004, the Hope Gala has become a focal point of the chapter’s fundraising efforts, raising more than $3 million.
