Forty and Fabulous: Mrs. California Kimberly Jessy, CEO of Celebrity Business Model, to Compete in USA Petite
Los Angeles, CA, February 01, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Kimberly Jessy, Celebrity Internet Marketer & Branding Expert, Celebrity reporter and reigning queen of Mrs. California, 2010, is set to continue her winning streak at the USA Petite pageant, designed specifically for women 5ʼ5 or less.
Jessy, who turns a fabulous 40-years-old in May, will participate in the competition beginning July 21 at the Radison World Gate Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Panamanian-born and raised in western Massachusetts, Jessy recalls being the teased as a girl for her dark skin “I was the ugly girl in school. I was the outcast,” she painfully recalls. But today, her “celebritypreneur” business, in which she teaches everyday people the tricks, trade, ins and outs of building their business and branding their business the way celebrities do, has reaped her much success. Now, Jessy has a passion to inspire young girls and women that they can pursue any dreams and make them come true.
“Having worked with girls as a mental health professional, Iʼve seen first hand how they can become damaged and give up on their dreams. Iʼm doing this at 40 to inspire women and let them know they can go far if they find places and professions that compliment them,” says Jessy.
The areas of competition for USA Petite include judge interview, swimsuit, evening gown, and on-stage question. The purpose of the pageant is to recognize poised and graceful ladies that understand that their height is no limitation or barrier to follow their dreams. The contestants will be competing to represent their states in the USA Petite Pageant.
