National Friendly is one of the UK’s most reliable and reputable private medical insurance companies. Established since 1868 the organisation is head quartered in Bristol.
The decision for National Friendly to invest in dedicated risk management software highlights the increased pressure for these types of industry to manage risk proactively. The friendly society have also invested in JCAD’s new technology solution, Action Tracker. This application will be implemented within the Audit function at the Friendly Society once RISK has been embedded. It is agreed that JCAD and National Friendly will work together to develop the application further.
JCAD’s Sales and Marketing Director Phil Walden says, “This new business from National Friendly proves how flexible and adaptable our solutions can be. Our RISK application is now utilised in a number of different industries and we aim to work closely alongside National Friendly to make it a more complete and powerful tool for the Insurance sector. We expect new features to support the framework at National Friendly to come on line by April.”
