Mr. Yip brings over 17 years of management consulting experience and expertise in the development and implementation of strategic risk management processes and risk based mitigation solutions. Prior to joining EXIGIS, Mr. Yip served at Marsh USA, Inc. as Senior Vice President and Consulting Practice Manager for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), a specialty practice within Marsh Risk Consulting. During his tenure with Marsh, he led a national team of highly skilled consultants responsible for implementing corporate governance and compliance initiatives such as corporate-wide risk identification, risk assessment, strategic risk mapping and total cost of risk analysis. Mr. Yip also provided strategic expertise in the design and development of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology strategies and led engagements in business process improvement and ERM systems implementations.
