DuoShare Receives CASS™ Certification for 2007/2008
DuoShare, Inc. has received CASS Certification for 2007/2008 from the USPS®.
Dallas, TX, February 10, 2007 --(PR.com)-- DuoShare, Inc., creator of the first 100% Web-based Address Quality Service, recently re-certified DuoShare Postal(SM) with the United States Postal Service®. The Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS™) improves address accuracy by providing mailers, software vendors, and service bureaus with the ability to evaluate their address-matching software in accordance with USPS® address standards. DuoShare Postal(SM) has met all requirements for the current certification process (Cycle L) which is valid through July, 2008.
Cycle L adds some of the most significant improvements to CASS since its inception which include:
• Required primary number validation through the use of Delivery Point Validation (DPV™) in order to assign a ZIP + 4 code.
• Required use of the Locatable Address Conversion System (LACSLink™) which provides a new address when an address has been converted due to changes by government and municipalities.
These are just some of the changes that represent the United States Postal Service’s® Total Address Quality Vision. Because DuoShare has always shared this vision, these requirements have been included in DuoShare’s Address Quality Services since February 4, 2005, allowing for our fastest re-certification to date.
