Mr. Richardson brings with him 6 years experience in the field. He comes from Hagerty Insurance where he served as Level 3 Desktop Support for 4 and a half years.

Mr. Richardson holds an Associates in Electronics from Lansing Community College and a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology from Central Michigan University. He also has multiple certifications, such as Group Policy, Windows Deployment, Active Directory, and SCCM.
