The Colorado Springs Keller Williams Realty Market Centers will be rolling out an exciting stimulus package, February 11th, that will provide participating homes a competitive edge by attracting more buyers into the market place – this program is one of creative financing.
Colorado Springs, CO, February 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Colorado KW Stimulus Plan has been developed with both the Seller and the Buyer in mind. It is a Seller funded Buy-Down of the Buyer’s Interest Rate. The Buy-Down can be either a permanent Buy-Down or a Temporary Buy-Down, based on the Buyer’s needs.
At today’s rates, this program could provide the Buyer an interest rate well below current rates. A Seller may choose to participate in the KW Stimulus program because this program will market their home with a competitive edge.
