iSMEStorage Now Features Free WebDav Over Any Cloud for iWork Editing

London, United Kingdom, February 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- iSMEStorage, the iOS multi cloud file manager now features a free CloudDav add-on for all users on purchase. CloudDav adds a WebDav layer over clouds that don't natively support WebDav such as Google Docs, SkyDrive, DropBox, Amazon S3, and others. This enables user to edit their documents using WebDav editors such as iWork and Office2 HD, even when ISMEStorage is not launched.

All user who purchase iSMEStorage, the Cloud and local File Manager, from the App Store will now have their account 'CloudDav' enabled. CloudDav is a technology from SMEStorage that adds a WebDav layer over clouds that don't natively support WebDav. This means that users will be able to access and edit and save their docs from WebDav enabled office editors, such as iWork and Office2 HD.

SMEStorage supports over 15 file Clouds, including clouds such as Google Docs, Google Storage, DropBox, Amazon S3, RackSpace Cloud Files, Microsoft SkyDrive, Amazon S3, plus many others, including FTP Server. The CloudDav technology will enable users to edit and access their files from any of these clouds, and the iSMEStorage application does not even need to be running.

Prior users who have purchased iSMEStorage can send a screenshot of the App at login with their username and CloudDav will be enabled for free for their account also.
