New Chief Executive Group Chair Named at Vistage Michigan

St.. Clair Shores, MI, February 11, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Andrew A. Chesley has been named a new Chief Executive (CE) Group Chair by Vistage Michigan, a membership-based organization that provides business leaders with business perspectives and innovative strategies. Chesley, of Rochester, is the principal at Peppertree Consulting Group, where he works with senior executives in startup, turnaround and under performing companies.

In his role with Vistage Michigan, Chesley will act as the advisor, mentor, and business coach to his group, conducting one-to-one coaching sessions with each member. He will also facilitate nine group workshops per year with his chief executive members.

Chesley has more than 25 years of leadership experience as a senior executive with diversified global consumer brands. Prior to Peppertree, Chesley has held positions as president of London Fog, COO at Airwalk and CEO of Pelle Pelle. He also created several companies and worked in smaller entrepreneurial businesses early in his career.
