Susan R. Rubright of Brach Eichler Installed as Community Builders and Remodelers Association Board Member
Roseland, NJ, February 11, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Brach Eichler L.L.C. today announced that Susan Rubright, a member in the firm’s real estate and environmental & land use practices, has been installed as a member of the 2011 Board of the Community Builders and Remodelers Association.
At Brach Eichler, Rubright represents public entities in general land use, real estate and municipal matters, and private applicants before planning and zoning boards throughout New Jersey. She also litigates land use and zoning matters on behalf of private and public clients. She has extensive experience in municipal, zoning, land use and real estate matters and has represented governing bodies with borough, township and town forms of government in general municipal, land use and real estate matters. Rubright also advises clients on construction code compliance issues including affordable housing and COAH, master plan revisions, rezonings, redevelopment, environmental matters, farmland preservation, open space acquisition, Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and Right to Farm issues.
Rubright is active in a number of civic groups and professional associations including the New Jersey Planning Officials, where she serves as an Associate Counsel; Somerset County Office on Aging Advisory Council; Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Women (ICREW); New Jersey Builders Association, where she serves on the Legislative Affairs Committee, and the Somerset County Federation of Republican Women, where she is First Vice President.
Rubright previously served as a staff planner for the Somerset County Planning Board. She holds a B.S from the University of New Hampshire, a master of city and regional planning (MCRP) from Rutgers University, and graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University Law School.
