Kennedy Group Property Management Expands Customer Service Division with Addition of Three Full-Time In-House Positions

Marc Ferraiz, KG Property Management’s lead asset manager, said the decision to expand operations during a time when many companies are holding back marks a response to both business growth and what he views as a lack of solid customer support in his industry.
“As demand for our business continues to grow, we see an ongoing need to address what we believe is a significant lack of customer service in our industry,” said Marc Ferraiz. “The addition of these three positions is not only going to help us become more efficient and foster growth, but will also afford us a direct opportunity to address and begin filling that customer service void we see out there.”
KG Property Management has hired Amber Maya to serve as a full-time customer support agent. Amber will monitor daily property inquiries and address general customer-related support issues. Janessa West will serve as the new in-house accountant focusing on customer financial issues, such as owner disbursements, and tax related questions. Tony Cantelmo will serve as the company’s construction and maintenance contractor and will assist homeowners with repair strategies aimed at reducing completion times and minimizing financial exposure.
KG Property Management offers Irvine Property management services and leasing and management services across Los Angeles County, Orange County and Riverside County, with satellite offices in Huntington Beach, Anaheim, Fullerton and Tustin.
