Hollywood Stunt Woman Jwaundace Candece & Screenwriter Marcus Munroe Step in Front of the Camera

Atlanta, GA, April 12, 2011 --(PR.com)-- "He Who Plays With Fire," is a comedy short based on four interconnected romantic relationships. When CoCo (Jwaundace Candece) tries to divorce Caleb (Marcus E. Munroe) and take everything he owns, Caleb and his divorce attorney come up with a screwball plan that lands everyone involved in a sticky situation. Both Candece and Munroe show their versatility as the leads in the film as well as being producers on the project.

Jwaundace was hired to double for Queen Latifah in “Bringing Down the House." Once they saw Jwaundace in action, she was immediately signed on and was nominated for an MTV Movie Award in 2003 for “Best Fight.” From there on Queen Latifah requested her for "Scary Movie 3", "Taxi" and "Last Holiday". Jwaundace has also doubled for Academy Award winners Mo'Nique (“Precious”), Jennifer Hudson (“DreamGirls”) and Whoopi Goldberg (“The Cleaner”) as well as other top entertainers such as (Oscar nominated) Viola Davis, Tyra Banks, Patricia Belcher and Kym Whitley just to name a few.

Marcus E. Munroe is CEO of ScriptWork Productions, a writing company he started with his partner Lem Collins to write music lyrics, teleplays, screenplays and books.

"He Who Plays With Fire," a comedy short based on four interconnected romantic relationships, will hit the festival circuit this summer and fall. A wrap party has been scheduled for April 16th, 2011 at Ten Pin Alley (bar/bowling alley) to match the film's playful nature.

Director/writer/actor, Lem Collins, along with producers Kimberly L. Jones, Angela Dobbs & Lashunda Simpson of Powerhouse Productions Entertainment, LLC (PPE), and some of the cast and crew will be on hand to sign posters, meet fans and also to bowl.

Angela Dobbs, working with her production company, PPE, joined forces with Executive Producers Candece and Munroe for this wildly funny comedy, when CoCo (Jwaundace Candece) tries to divorce Caleb (Marcus E. “Comedy is a new venture for us as a production company,” says Development Executive Kimberly Jones, “but comedy is not for me personally, I'm a trained improv comic and have performed along side some great industry comics."

He Who Plays With Fire is just one of a string of projects scheduled for release by PPE, that includes several films written by ScriptWorks, as the two companies have both spoken of a long term relationship. "We love the way they write, it fits our style," stated PPE CEO Lashuda Simpson.

"I think the audience is gonna love seeing Marcus and Jwaundace on the big screen,” says Jones, “Men definitely responded to the beautiful Jwaundace when she was interviewed on The Mo'Nique Show.” The stunt woman turned actress received a massive amount of fan mail after the appearance.

The film is being edited by local Atlanta film legend Bobby Peoples of The People Network and was filmed by award winning Fox Cameraman Grenard Smith.

Shot completely on location in Atlanta, GA, the cast and crew came from all over the country flocking to the hot new Hollywood scene in Atlanta, now being dubbed the Hollywood of the South.
