PSB Realty Advisors’ Principal William Shelby recently leased the property located at 13475 Tollgate Road, Pickerington, Ohio to Resurrection Ministries as the landlord representative for the State Trustees for the Northern Ohio State Offices of the Church of God. The property is located in Fairfield County within the Columbus Commercial Real Estate Market.

Pastor Melvin Griffin and his wife Donna, residents of Reynoldsburg, Ohio are visionaries who initiated a new church back in 1999 and held the first worship service for New Calvary Ministries on Easter Sunday of that year. New Calvary Ministries met at the Herbert Mills Elementary School on Retton Road in Reynoldsburg. For over four years, numerous locations were utilized as the meeting location for this congregation. In November of 2003, the congregation moved into a new church facility on Sedalia Drive in Columbus and became “Resurrection Ministries for all People.” The congregation moved in June of 2005 to Eastland Executive Square. The dream continues as they relocate to the Tollgate location.

The property at 13475 Tollgate Road offers the congregation many amenities to fulfill their mission “To Build People of Purpose” including an auditorium, covered entrance, daycare center, nursery, youth center, pastoral offices, kitchen and social room.

Bishop Melvin Griffin has been a familiar “on–the-air” personality for Radio One Columbus, JOY 106.3 FM and more for over forty years.
