Real Estate Grand Central Continues Local Real Estate Investor Education Series
West Palm Beach, FL, February 18, 2011 --(PR.com)-- While the general real estate market is thought to be in a state of decline, the market for investors has never been more promising. Real Estate Grand Central, a local investment brokerage, holds meetings for local investors to share, network and form business relationships.
“Real investors are back, and speculators are gone…” said Jeff Green, CEO of Real Estate Grand Central, “now when someone purchases a property for investment, he or she will look at what it will rent for and what the profit margins will be, not hope for a lottery type windfall.”
Mr. Green went on to say, “In time, anyone can learn how to become an investor, and even if they have to start very small, over time they can achieve their goals.”
Investor meetings begin at 12:30 noon and are held on the 4th Friday of the month at the Firehouse Bar & Grill, located on Okeechobee blvd, just west of I-95. REGC also hosts a once a month “in-the-biz” party and happy hour for the investor community, held the second Thursday night of the month at the same location at 6pm, just in time for happy hour.
