This is Michele Sandoval-Poitras’ first published book. She currently attends school working towards her Degree in Psychology and then hopes to pursue her Master’s Degree in Social Work. Michele has worked in the medical field for many years and has volunteered for organizations including Bernalillo County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center, The American Cancer Society, as well as others. Michele’s inspiration for writing this book developed through her life experience. She is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico and also spent two years living and working in the Marshall Islands. She currently lives in Oklahoma with her two dogs, Ivory and Rocket.
