Visionary Embassy Appoints Two Independent Directors to Its Board of Directors

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 15, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Visionary Embassy has appointed two new independent directors, Stuart Williams and James Paulson, to the company’s board of directors. The appointments are effective immediately. The appointments support Visionary Embassy’s plan to transition the composition of its board to a majority of independent directors.

Mr. Gasim said that in addition to their general corporate experience, Mr. Williams and Mr. Paulson were selected for the specific strengths that each can bring. Mr. Williams has international experience consistent with Visionary Embassy’s global presence, having served as a senior executive in both the United States and Europe. He is expected to serve on the Finance & Audit committee of the board. Mr. Paulson, who was previously the CEO of Capidom, brings special expertise in HR management and knowledge of recruitment issues. He is expected to serve on the HR Committee. 

Stuart Williams - Mr. Williams, 62, has had distinguished careers in both the private and public sectors, including more than 30 years of experience in global marketing, strategic planning, operations and international general management. Most recently, Mr. Williams was CEO of AZSA Finan., a privately held financial services and audit company. 

James Paulson - Mr. Paulson, 61, was formerly the CEO of Capidom, a position he held from 2001 until his retirement from the company in 2006. While CEO, he oversaw the realignment of the firm’s structure, strategy and performance measurement worldwide.
