AZ ‘Doe or Die 15th Anniversary Tour’ has confirmed a stop in Indianapolis on March 9th, 2011.

The event is being presented by Four See Entertainment and Audio Recon. The doors will open at 8pm and the show begins at 9pm with performances by The DJ Deadrisk, Tornado Alley, Semi-Pros, and Green Hornet. Hailing from Brooklyn, AZ has flown under the radar since the great amounts of success early in his career. Most people remember him from: being featured on Illmatic, his single Sugar Hill, acting in the movie Belly, or as a member of The Firm. While those accomplishments deserve recognition, so should his passion and perseverance to deliver his fans quality music. During his career, AZ consistently gave listeners album after album of insightful lyrics which earned him the nickname the 'Visualizer'.
In 1995, AZ released his solo debut, Doe or Die, which reached top position on various hip hop charts and solidified his spot in hip hop history. The album's lead single, Sugar Hill, became a major commercial success reaching the top 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and achieving Gold status. The album also included hip hop gems such as: Gimme Yours, Rather Unique, Doe or Die, and Your World Don't Stop. Many critics and fans considered it to be one of the best albums in a year that classics were being released from artist such as: 2Pac, Mobb Deep, Big L, Raekwon, and ODB.
AZ recently released Doe or Die 15th Anniversary Edition and is touring throughout the country to celebrate the landmark of his debut album. He officially added Indianapolis to the tour and will be performing on March 9th, 2011 at Locals Only.
