Wellington, New Zealand, February 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The event is free to children under 12 years of age and $5 for everyone else. The proceeds will go to the Worser Bay School. The school promotes a collaborative environment and interaction with the local community.

The boating club welcomes adults and children alike to its event. The event should include plenty of sunshine and lots of water, as well as some breath taking views. It is also set to include beer tasting, wine sipping and a host of local delicacies to sample. They are even bringing in beer expert Neil Miller to instruct guests on how to enjoy beer.

The entire celebration will pay tribute to beer, wine and Foxton Fizz. However, that is not all there will be to the event. There is also soothing summer jazz music on tap, gypsy folk, blues and Irish ballads set to be played for the entertainment of attendees.

The organisers of the event took the musical entertainment as seriously as the beer. They are bringing in award-winning Scottish jazz musician John Rae to provide entertainment as well as the Gypsy Tandrom Trio, Pat Higgins and Dan Green of the band Habit and Veil.
