Karl's Appliance, a leading premium appliance dealer, is now an authorized dealer of American Range appliances & will be displaying the brand’s professional ranges & ovens in select areas throughout its NJ-based home appliance stores.

American Range, a recognized leader in the commercial food service industry, offers a full selection of commercial grade residential appliances including gas ranges, French door wall ovens, and cooktops. Pro ranges and ovens are expected to be displayed in three Karl's NJ appliance stores – Fairfield, Orange, and Madison.

American Range has been manufacturing commercial grade appliances for over 30 years. The residential products line, which will be offered by Karl's Appliance, is comprised of gas and dual fuel stoves, wall ovens, and cooktops. Unique features abound in all American Ranges. However, of particular interest is the Sauté or Step-Up Range which is used by most French and Italian cuisine restaurants. Step-Up ranges elevate the rear burners allowing easy access to sauté pans. Pan handles can be directed in the same direction allowing the chef to orchestrate multiple entrees, sauces, mirepoix, and/or mise en place. Step-Up Ranges are available in all gas or as hybrid ranges with gas rear burners and electric induction front burners providing commercial grade power and efficiency.
