St. Augustine, FL, February 24, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Deltona Corporation announced the formation of The Deltona Realty Group, Inc., a real estate referral company. The new company will allow agents to keep their real estate licenses active and earn money through referrals without working in the field full-time. The company will also serve agents with active licenses who practice out of the area by allowing them to earn commissions through referrals to the company.
“There are many benefits for being a referral associate as opposed to a part-time associate. Agents simply need to submit a referral to our company and we will assign it to one of our full-time agents at Deltona Realty,” said Joanne Stoval, managing broker of Deltona Realty. “This agent will do all of the work and then we will send the referral agent a commission check when the transaction closes.”
According to Stoval, referral associates do not have to pay real estate association dues, Multiple Listing Service dues, offices fees or any of the other miscellaneous expenses that real estate agents typically incur. “Our new company will allow referral associates to earn real estate income from clients, friends and acquaintances, without any of the associated headaches or leg work,” she said.
To join The Deltona Realty Group, agents will simply need to transfer or activate their licenses to the company. Agents must keep their licenses in good standing with the State of Florida to continue earning commissions through the program. All referral fees will be processed within two business days of the company receiving the closing paperwork and fees. There are no fees to enroll and participants will receive weekly contact reports on the status of their referred clients.
Other subsidiaries of The Deltona Corporation include Homes by Deltona and Deltona Realty. For more information on The Deltona Realty Group, contact Joanne Stoval at (904) 940-1551 or joanne.stoval@deltona.com.
