Inspired by the Roadhouse vampire movie “From Dusk Till Dawn” Crispin Desert Noir is a Limited Release draught oak barrel aged cider. Desert Noir blends apple-wine aged in Tennessee Whiskey Barrels with apple-wine aged in red wine oak barrels then back-sweetened with Agave Nectar and a touch of Prickly Pear Nectar.

Rugged. Provacative. Exotic vampire-dancers with pythons. Crispin Desert Noir is reminiscent of a walk in the desert at night, a leap of faith, a little bit scary. Crafted as an ode to schlock-horror movies and guitar-driven rock and roll, Desert Noir is available in select better-beer bars, for a limited time.
ABV: 6.7%
Mouthfeel: Sensually silky upfront with a clean soft finish that lingers.
Appearance/Color: Deep gold that hints toward the last respite of sunset
Aroma: Clover honey with hints of anise & whiskey
Hints of whiskey, sweetness of Agave nectar, and a tad prickly pear. A pour of the filtered cider is dark gold in appearance.
