Electric Pressure Washer Machines in Static Configuration
Daimer® ships a series of higher flow-rate Vapor-Flo® machines for heavier cleaning applications in exhaust-averse, reduced-noise environments.
Woburn, MA, March 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, the largest purveyor of no-exhaust, noise-minimized, 50 Hz electric pressure washer machines, is shipping a higher flow line of Vapor-Flo® static-location systems. The advanced equipment will offer the highest flows of any power washer currently available in Daimer®'s non-60 Hz line of power cleaning systems.

Stationary, High Water-Flow Design
The static design and case targets repetitive cleaning applications in a fixed location. Daimer® says its customers generally use these types of Vapor-Flo electric pressure washer machines for machinery and equipment in sensitive environments, such as food processing, high tech manufacturing and medical/healthcare. Cases for the 7450 are manufactured of stainless steel that combats rust and surface stains.
In this new line, Daimer® boosted the water flow rates to 2.3 LPM, the highest to date in the company's line of 50 Hz electric pressure washer machines. This higher rate is still modest by power washer standards and allows the machines to be used on delicate machinery in reduced-water environments.
The new systems match Daimer®'s highest pressure level offerings for its 50 Hz line of electric pressure washer machines. The systems have pressure levels rated as high as 117 bar (up to 1700 psi).
The electric pressure washer machines are based around 1.0 HP, 220V-240V, three phase motors that Daimer® guarantees for an entire year. In addition, the new power washers utilize a direct drive pump unit that Daimer® guarantees for up to five years.
For heated cleaning, the machines can achieve temperatures to 79.4°C. The no-combustion, non-fume-producing, heaters employ rust-resistant coil subsystems optimized for high pressure applications. For applications that do not require heat, the electric pressure washer machines offer a non-heated cold water mode.
