HeartShare Announces Its Spring Gala Honorees
Brooklyn, NY, March 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Spring is coming and so is HeartShare’s Annual Spring Gala and Auction. Being held on Thursday, March 24 at 5:30 pm, this year’s Gala will be a night to remember. As HeartShare’s premiere fundraising event, the proceeds will benefit more than 25,000 at-risk children and adults in need of vital services.
Being held at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square, HeartShare is proud to honor: Mark C. Healy, President and CEO of American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC., Vincent Theurer, Sr., President of Approved Oil Company of Brooklyn; Lorraine M. Tozzo, President of The Genie Foundation; and Robert S. Woods, Emmy-award winning actor of One Life to Live.
Traditionally, this has been a fun and exciting evening, featuring a 400-item silent auction of interesting and unique items that fit everyone’s tastes and budgets, awards and the chance to mingle with celebrities. Among the silent auction items are: vacation getaways, access to some not-so-accessible fun places, celebrity autographed photos and sports memorabilia, tickets to sporting and cultural events, gift certificates to various stores, restaurants and spas, and more.
