Annette Tatum to Host Workshop with Renowned Artist Annie Sloan
Annette Tatum, accomplished interior designer and creator of home décor lines House and Little House, will hold a workshop with world-renowned artist and author Annie Sloan on March 8, 2011 from 9 am to 6 pm.
Santa Monica, CA, March 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Annette Tatum, accomplished interior designer and creator of home décor lines House and Little House, will hold a workshop with world-renowned artist and author Annie Sloan on March 8, 2011.
The workshop will be held from 9 am to 6 pm at “The Workroom” - Tatum’s showroom and collaborative workspace, at 1909 Centinela Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90404. Sloan will be instructing a small group on design techniques from her recent book, “Quick and Easy Paint Transformations.” Instruction will include methods of distressing, texturing and layering paints, as well as mixing colors with waxes. This daylong workshop is open to the public, however registration is required and seats are limited. The registration fee includes lunch and all materials.
Preceding the workshop, there will be an open house from 9 to 10 am. Stop by The Workroom to meet Annette Tatum and Annie Sloan and purchase an autographed copy of their books. Complimentary coffee, juice and muffins will be provided, and registration is not required for the open house.
