Ideal for datacentres and cloud computing installations, the Boston Green Power 2200-T packages eight high-performance, ultra-low power, Intel Atom-based compute nodes within a single 2U rackmount enclosure. This unique combination provides industry leading power optimised server density, and with built-in IPMI and 720W redundant high-efficiency Gold level power supply, it is optimised for high density performance and low power consumption.
Each of the 8 hot-pluggable nodes within a ‘cable-free’ twin architecture are based around the latest Intel Atom Dual Core 1.8GHz D525 processors with support for up to 4GB of DDR3 memory. Storage needs are fulfilled by 3 x 2.5” drives bays (per node) supporting both SATA 3.0 GB/s HDDs and SSDs, with integrated Intel ICH9R RAID.
