Orlando Publicist Frank Torres to Ramp Up Media Relations in Central Florida

Orlando, FL, March 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Orlando Publicist and Reputation Manager Frank Torres will be “ramping up” the media relations and reputation management aspects of his public relations practice and eliminating some of his less requested services.
