Mioot Has Launched an Upgraded Version of Their e-Ticket

Chennai, India, March 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Mioot has launched an upgraded version of their e-ticket functionality. With this enhanced feature, customer’s can configure their e-mails into mioot’s ticket system. Once configured, all the mails will automatically be converted in to tickets and docked in mioot’s ticket board. This is also bundled with ticket insertions from the chat panel as well as from the web form.

The ticket board has the option to assign the ticket to the appropriate person, update the progress etc. Also, the mioot live chat system will automatically fire e-mails to the ticket owner whenever there is an update made on the ticket. In this way, each and every progress is automatically updated to the originator.
