Resorts West Announces Private Concierge for All Guests

Park City, UT, September 19, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Resorts West’s mission has been to ‘provide the highest level of comprehensive services’ and this year is no different.  We are eager to announce an expansion of our services that will be offered to our guests this year.  A Private Concierge will be provided for all guests prior to their arrival as well as for the duration of their stay in Park City.  No level of service has ever been so tailored to each specific guest's needs.

Once one of our skilled reservation agents has found the perfect place for our guest’s Park City getaway, a follow up phone call will be placed by a Private Concierge.  Our Private Concierge will help plan and arrange each guest’s transportation, dining experiences, grocery delivery and any and all activities imaginable.  We want to ensure that all arrangements are made prior to each guests' arrival in Park City so that their vacation is truly worry free.  Our goal is to provide all Resorts West guests with the best Park City experience possible.

Prior to each guest’s arrival they will be contacted by their Private Concierge to make a personal appointment for a private check-in.  Upon arrival, the Private Concierge will escort the guest to their property where they will be welcomed with the lights on and the fireplace roaring.  An itinerary will be presented to the guest, explaining all of the arrangements previously made.  The Private Concierge will walk the guest through the home, explain how the amenities function, and personally see to it that the guest is cared for the entire duration of their stay.  All of this will make certain that each guest has a fun-filled vacation because all of the planning and arranging of activities will be done before they get into town.
