The Perth Festival is to feature top UK jockeys, and organisers anticipate a large crowd due to the success of previous years. Perth Racecourse will also erect large screens for guests to view the televised royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton on Friday, the 29 April 2011.
Perth Racecourse is easily accessible by car, train or bus and also features helicopter landing pads. Dundee airport is twenty miles from the racecourse, and private aircraft facilities are available on request at Scone Aerodrome two miles from the venue.
