Ms. Blasingame comes to Indigo with an extensive and impressive 20 year track record within healthcare IT. Her IT background includes Medical Documenting Systems, McKesson, United HealthCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and, most recently, Medtronic. She has a broad spectrum of national and global experience in implementation, project management, process improvement, IT strategy and vendor management.

The Executive Director of Client Services (EDCS) will manage, develop and lead Indigo’s team of Technical Directors, Project Managers, and pre-sales Sales Engineering as well as Customer Support to ensure effective delivery of Indigo’s client services. She will also oversee Indigo’s implementations, managing the overall services relationship, including VAR and / or client management to ensure on-time, successful implementation with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
