Vehicle Tracking Provider DigiCore, Secures New Contract With Southern Water to supply vehicle tracking systems for fleet of 520 vehicles.

London, United Kingdom, February 20, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Vehicle tracking provider DigiCore (http://www.digicore.co.uk), has been selected by Southern Water, the water and wastewater company serving more than two million households in the South East of England, to develop and install a telematics-based tracking system across 520 vans within its vehicle fleet. The bespoke solution will utilise DigiCore’s innovative C-track (http://www.digicore.co.uk/ctrack.aspx) vehicle tracking tool and enable Southern Water to better manage its mobile service teams within Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Vehicle tracking is expected to become an essential element of Southern Waters’ operational management process, contributing to greater fleet efficiency and enhanced control of mobile assets and workforce. These supplier partnerships are designed to achieve business and operating efficiencies that will enable the company to provide its customers with competitive water bills and unrivalled customer service.
