Latin Touch Catering Does Caja China Style Roasting Right

Miami, FL, March 12, 2011 --(PR.com)-- It began at about 3:00 pm on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon as Latin Touch's owner Mat Masters secured a 55 lb. dressed pig to the racks inside his La Caja Asadora Caja China style grill and sealed the box with the top pan. Just four hours later, after adding mojo criollo and kosher salt to season the skin, the whole pig roast was ready to be served. The roast pork was served with delicious sides of black bean risotto and yucca, as well as fresh Cuban bread (or "pan cubano").

More than 50 of the newlyweds closest friends and enjoyed a wonderful evening of dancing and laughter, and Latin Touch catering was proud to be part of such a wonderful event and wonderful evening. When asked about the party, Masters said, "We are very blessed to work in the business we are in. To be able to help make evenings like this possible, this is what it's all about.
