Flybe to Connect Southampton and Beziers

Beziers, France, March 11, 2011 --(PR.com)-- A new air route between Southampton and Beziers will open during the summer of 2011, offering business flyers and tourists a fast and easy link between the south of England and the south of France.

The move, which was announced by European regional airline Flybe and Beziers Cap d’Agde airport, was welcomed by the Beziers Congres convention bureau, which is the sole provider of services for companies looking to rent conference & meeting rooms or reception venues in Beziers.

President of the Beziers Saint-Pons Chamber of Commerce, Daniel Galy, and Flybe's Director of Development, Ian Taylor, sealed the deal when they signed a 3 years partnership agreement at a press conference at Beziers Cap d’Agde airport last November.

The flights will operate on Mondays and Fridays from 27 May to 10 September 2011 and tickets are on sale now on the Flybe website, www.flybe.com, starting from €45 one-way including taxes and charges.

Seven connecting destinations will also be available via Southampton International Airport: Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Jersey and Guernsey.
