Etihad Towers Will Soon Offer Superior Parking Services with CVPS Valet Technology and an Integrated Mobile Application
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, March 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Service Tracking Systems was recently awarded a contract to install its CVPS.net valet management and automation system at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi. Residents, tourists and shoppers will soon be able to enjoy improved customer service with optimized average waiting times as they turn over their cars at the entry point of the parking garage.
Using an integrated iPhone-based Valet App, valets will input vehicle information, including license plate and car model, into the CVPS system. Built-in LPR technology will facilitate instant vehicle identification, and one of two HDCamPro lanes located inside the Etihad Towers parking garage will document the condition of a passing vehicle before it even enters the parking facility, thereby resulting in minimized damage claims.
Once the valet’s park, they will have the capability to record the parking location using the Valet App. The latest release of Service Tracking Systems’ CVPS.net software will track each individual car, ticket and valet staff member to enable maximum service output as well as customer satisfaction. Once guests are ready to leave, they will be able to request their cars at one of two valet POS podiums located at the front of the Etihad Towers. Such requests will be sent via iPhone and dispatch terminal in the garage to the valets, who will then retrieve the cars.
